Categorizing Things is Overrated

First Birthday

I have never planned a kid birthday before.  Hmmmm.  It’s going to be no big deal and he won’t remember a thing, but I will remember my first kid’s first birthday forever.  So in other words, it’s all about me on April 25.

I’m going to make a cake, but beyond that I have not given it a thought.  I still have 3 weeks.

    Coolest Aunt in the world will be there! Is he going to be in a handsome new outfit? Are we gonna put him in the high chair and stare while he eats his first piece of birthday cake? Ooo, there should be bubbles!
