A little timelapse set of photos depicting the Baked Alaska Flambee . . . they fling that flaming liquor all over the place, it’s pretty wild.

We await Winter Storm Enzo – which, my Lord how dramatic that we have to name all the weather patterns these days, good grief. Anyhow, Enzo the Cold Miser is snowing on us in the next couple of days, which is a rare enough occurrence in New Orleans that the whole city is aflutter. The kids will probably be home most of the week, if i know this place as well as I think. Hopeful we don’t lose power. I don’t mind sending the Heat Miser packing for a bit, after all it is wintertime.
