Checking In!

It’s been nearly a month!  We’re still here, still doing just fine, just very busy of late.  I have a number of draft posts that I started but never got the chance to finish.  Liam had a birthday, we planted a tree, we’ve had a couple of Blue Apron meals, my youngest sister and her husband came to visit. . . I will write about all of these things (I hope) once I get the chance.  I’ve also done some meal planning and discovered a new tasty meal – these healthy burrito bowls!  Try it out.  I recommend the sliced black olives as a garnish.  Yessssss.
