We’ll be hanging out with Baby Ella in 10 hours! 
Oh, and Erin & Clif (her parents), too. Grownups are way boring these days.
26 or so hours from now, we will start driving fron Ella’s South Carolina house towards Nashville. 6 hours after that, we’ll be there. 8 hours later, my family will get there, back home from the funeral in Pennsylvania. They may have some Aunts, Uncles, and cousins in tow. Some improptu extended family gatherings are being arranged – one last good thing my good uncle did, getting us all together.
About 16 hours after that, or 56 hours from now, we’ll gather around a holiday table and eat like Wild Things. I even bought Jack some baby food turkey, so he can enjoy the tryptophan coma along with the rest of us.
And after that . . . well, friends after that comes Black Friday. Yesssss. Holidays rule!
